Who we are ...
Prydwen is a 501 c 3 organization dedicated to
promoting greater awareness and better
understanding of eastern energy-based therapies
essential for sustaining a balanced and robust
immune system.

Our Mission...
Prydwen functions as a resource to at-home
caregivers, healthcare practitioners and general
members of the community  seeking  energy-based
therapies and Asian healing arts as tools for
wellness. The therapies include acupuncture, qi
gong, reiki, tai chi, yoga, martial arts, feng shui,
meditation, nutrition, moxibustion, magnet therapy,
and herbal medicine. As we educate the lay people,
they in turn, may administer some of the techniques
themselves.  In so doing, they will experience better
wellness in the form of reduced chronic pain,
greater relaxation,  enhanced sleep and better clarity
of mind.

Our Vision ...
As the 78 million "baby boomers" enter into
maturing years and retirement, Prydwen believes
that boomers and caregivers will benefit  in body,
mind and spirit by adopting some of the Asian
healing arts to complement their ongoing wellness.

Our Values ...
Openness,      integrity,      cooperativeness.
